Verdict

A wide open nursery rounds off the card with many in with chances on their best form but the principals look to be Moonlight Man, Toronto Heights and Morse and we will take a chance on Moonlight Man. The colt from the Richard Hannon yard won well last time out when defeating Stevedore and although he has a penalty for that win he will be hard to beat with conditions again in his favour. Toronto Heights rates the main danger he was a good second behind St Regs last time but that is trained by Richard Hanon so he should know where he stands. Morse is also worthy of respect but he gives the impression he will be seen to better effect over a longer trip. Of the remainder Off Beat won well last time out but that was on very firm ground and he will not want any rain. Malcon is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but we are happy to stick with the top weight Moonlight Man.
