        Verdict

Sanbuch was tough and consistent last year and is taken to land himself back in the winners enclosure at the expense of Ajaan and Grande Caiman. The selection won a decent handicap at Goodwood in August and continues to rise in the weights even tough he was finishing second. His latest effort in dehind Malt Or Mash was his best effort to date in such a big field and even though is four pounds higher again here we feel he has the class to win. Ajaan is six pounds higher for winning over a mile and a half here at the beginning of the month. He has faired well over this further trip in the past when winning over course and distance back in August and with conditions to suit again he has to be on the shortlist. Grande Caiman ran up a hat-trick of wins back in the autumn winning all three at Lingfield on the all weather. He has run well in defeat on both his two runs this season but more is needed here to land this. So for the winner we return to Sanbuch.
