Verdict

Michael Bell's Saturn was not knocked about when making his debut here earlier in the month and should have learned a good deal from the experience - enough for him to be the TEAMtalk selection. Of the others to have racing experience Peruvia looks to be one of Richard Hannon's lesser lights, while Carenage showed little on her Goodwood debut. A bigger danger to the selection may come from one of the newcomers of whom Orange Touch and Flying Wanda look the pick. The former, trained by Amanda Perrett, is a half-brother to multiple flat winner Eurotwist, while the latter is a daughter of Alzao trained by Jeremy Noseda. However, it will be a surprise if either is good enough to beat the Bell horse.
