Verdict

Kagami and the 320,000 euros colt Cross Country are worth a second glance in the betting but Pas De Cheval will likely attract the most interest of the newcomers as he's a half-brother to the smart stayers Patkai and Modun. Gwafa wears his owners second colours behind Igider while Tabreek is the preferred choice of Paul Hanagan ahead of Mustadaam after a debut sixth over a mile here. The latter finished behind VENEZIA over track and trip last month when Martyn Meade's charge found only Munjaz too good. He should have come on for that and the Derby entry gets the vote to open his account.
