      Verdict

      OASIS CANNES has a soft-ground action so it was to his credit that he managed to get off the mark on the Polytrack. He'll be happier back on Turf and, with the stiff finish here likely to bring his undoubted stamina into play, he could be the value bet getting 8lb from Janoub Nibras. Both of the top weight's wins have come at Kempton and the stable also run Echion, who has yet to finish out of the frame. Senafe is improving with experience and makes more appeal than Doncaster scorer Kimberella and last week's Haydock winner Rated at the weights.
