Verdict

Ariyfa was due to run yesterday at Doncaster while Barwick looks to be in the handicapper's grip now but there may be more to come from the lightly-raced Jawhar, second at Sandown last month, while Jack's Revenge wasn't winning out of turn at Windsor. Daruband comes here off the back of a C&D victory two weeks ago while it will be interesting to see if there's any money for the useful Voodoo Prince after a lay-off. But he has to give 14lb to HALLINGS COMET, who may have been flattered by a 10-length win on heavy ground at Chepstow but is clearly improving fast and hasn't been taken to task yet by the assessor. Presburg is another three-year-old with a decent chance in this grade.
