Verdict

Desert Strike has yet to win on turf but hasn't been disgraced in his last three runs on this surface. Osiris Way could be interesting if fully wound-up as he's back on a winning mark but Bertoliver and Fantasy Explorer appear to have lost their way and Brynfa Boy has been off the track for a while. SOLEMN isn't totally reliable but won off a higher mark at Newbury in August and came right back to form when only beaten half-a-length at Lingfield last week. A repeat of that effort would probably suffice here.
