    Verdict

    Sir Mark Prescott won this last year and though Chinese Jade only had two to beat at Brighton he did it well and there's more to come. SEA THE SKIES made a promising start in a hot maiden here before an impressive success at Sandown. A mark of 78 should be manageable and he can continue on an upward curve. Finn Class has shown his battling qualities to score here and at Chester and the assessor hasn't gone overboard so another bold bid is expected. Floating Ballerino found a mile on softer ground just taxing his stamina at Nottingham and like Royal Connection, should be winning soon. Senorita Guest has been looking one-paced but today's softer ground should aid her cause.
