Out For A Stroll can strike while the iron is hot, with Romany Nights, Border Music and Currency just three out to stop him. Stuart Williams is a past-master at placing his runners to good effect once they hit form, and it is no surprise that Out For A Stroll has won four of his last five starts. The one blip came at Brighton the week before last when the heavens opened and he was beaten by the soft ground. Connections could have taken him out that day but all credit to them for letting him take his chance. He was well beaten but at least it proved that he must have better conditions to show his best form and his supporters were repaid when he bounced back at Salisbury where it was good to soft but a lot quicker than two days earlier. The handicapper will no doubt get to him soon, and indeed he now has to race off 68, but with conditions in his favour, we shall take the six-year-old to notch yet another victory. Romany Nights won well at Epsom last time and is a past course and distance winner, while Border Music gained a facile success at Wolverhampton, but has more to do now. Currency finished well behind Presto Shinko in a class 3 event at Goodwood so also has leading claims, but it is hard to ignore Out For A Stroll on past achievements.
