Verdict

Jalaa was strongly fancied for the Chesham Stakes at Royal Ascot after winning on debut at Leicester but could make no impression in the latter stages. This is easier but we're still taking him on with SNOWBOARDER, who created a very favourable impression at Kempton, despite running green, and will have come on a bundle for the run. Here Comes When overcame inexperience and a tardy start to score at Salisbury but that form looks suspect and just as interesting are Baddilini and Glory Awaits, who are both eased in grade. Fantastic Moon faces a stiffish task on debut but it's interesting that Jeremy Noseda starts him out at this level and he shouldn't be dismissed out of hand.
