Verdict

Fig Roll has the best form having won a Listed event on the July course here during the summer. She's preferred to stablemate Musicora but has been nowhere near soft ground so far and may be worth taking on. Expect takes a big step up in class after winning a Wolverhampton maiden while Penny Drops could have been found an easier opportunity on the back of a debut third at Goodwood. Both make more appeal than Genuine Quality and Valen, however, but a chance is taken that CAPE FACTOR's liking for soft going will see her come out best after sluicing up in a maiden at Yarmouth earlier this month.
