      Verdict

BED FELLOW doesn't win all that often but has a good chance to do so in this apprentice handicap with a few things falling his way while Indian Violet has claims after an improved run last time and Blue Moon could be well treated on her handicap bow now upped in trip. Only just held a head in similar conditions on his last run the selection is allowed to turn out under the same mark and with his run two starts back also resulting in a head defeat his chance is clear. Indian Violet was also held less than a length off this mark the last time we saw him and while he has hinted he'll handle soft it's not guaranteed. Blue Moon made an encouraging debut before putting in a couple of lesser efforts but she is likely to improve for this step up in trip so there could be a danger she's well treated on her handicap debut and Royal Holiday should be suited by the ground and is off a light looking rating. A tough end to the card but Bed Fellow has most in his favour.
