Verdict

PIPERS SONG can lead them all home in this handicap and he is nominated to get the better of Dechiper and Merrion Tiger. The selection is on a very attractive mark and he can reverse form with Dechiper on their run here last month. He should be suited by this longer trip and he will also appreciate this faster ground. Dechiper also has a penalty to contend with so there are reasons to suggest that he can turn the tables tonight. Merrion Tiger has been knocking on the door of late and he will have no problems seeing out this trip, but he may need some respite from the handicapper before he is able to resume winning ways. Unawatuna went close last time and is worthy of consideration, while course and distance winner Mirjan is another worth a look at a bigger price. There are plenty in with chances and the vote goes to Pipers Song.
