Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

Star Beat, Harry Flashman and Great Approach are all here with chances and Star Beat gets the nod. Keith Reveley's runner has shown improved form on decent ground and having obliged over a similar trip at Doncaster on his latest start, he should be up to defying a small rise from the assessor. Harry Flashman finished behind him on that occasion. To describe that as an improvement was no understatement. Great Approach is unproven on the surface. The market should tell us what is anticipated. Reel Charmer is a consistent mare that should run her race. Hidden Bounty reverts to hurdling after a fruitless period over the larger obstacles. Mirjan needs no introduction. This isn't a strong race in light of the prize money on offer and Star Beat looks to have fair claims on paper.
