Marjury Daw's proven stamina will be an asset in the conditions but she's better on a sound surface and is climbing the handicap in defeat, so we'll side instead with SHESELLS SEASHELLS over Whispering Spirit. Michael Bell's tongue-twisting filly won nicely at Yarmouth, seemingly improving for cut in the ground which is backed up by her pedigree. Having only started racing in May there should be more to come from her and we're hopeful she can defy a 5lb rise in the weights. Whispering Spirit returns to turf having made hay on artificial surfaces of late but a soft-ground Catterick win at the back end of 2009 bodes well and she's clearly progressive. Cherry Bee's best form has coincided with cut in the ground so she's worth taking on, with Bear Tobouggie of more interest with conditions in her favour.
