In depth

Verdict

Some disappointing types on view and it will be surprising if Tom's Cruising fails to lose his maiden certificate in a modeate contest. Henry Cecil's charge shaped with plenty of ability on his belated debut over this trip at Newmarket last month when narrowly denied by a useful yardstick. A reproduction should prove good enough against this level of opposition. Credible showed some promise on two starts as a juvenile but has not been seen out since so Dexterity, an encouraging runner-up on his initial outing over 7f here recently, looks the one for the forecast.
