Onwards andupwards, Vodka Blue, Roosters Reunion and Alpine Fox are all sure to have their supports in this wide open affair but the confident vote goes to Onwardsandupwards. The gelding from the Paul Nicholls yard is held in very high regard and he made a pleasing debut this season when second behind Widemouth Bay he is sure to have come on for the run and he will be hard to beat. Vodka Bleu would have a chance on his best form but he did not impress with his attitude when second behind Marrakech last time. However he could improve if the ground comes up very soft. Alpine Fox is also worthy of respect. He was a good second behind The Posh Paddy last time but this looks tougher.Roosters Reunion could also go well he was a good second behind Grand Finale last time but he gave the impression he would be suited by a longer trip. Of the remainder Kalsara is from a yard in form and is worth noting in the market but we are happy to stick with Onwardsandupwards.
