In depth

Verdict

A tough race to call with a few of these unexposed and still improving. TANAAMI is one of those and she still showed signs of inexperience when a close-up third over a mile at Nottingham last time. This longer trip should bring further progress from the half-sister to a Grade 1 winner in America and she gets the nod. Jiwen is a similar type though she failed to land her hat-trick off today's mark at Sandown last month, while Fabulouslyspirited is another to consider having trounced the opposition in a maiden at Kempton recently. Hunter Forward, Kenyan Cat and Gosbeck may not have finished winning for the year and are others with claims in a wide-open handicap.
