Verdict

First Point won twice on the Flat in Germany as a four-year-old and this winning hurdler could figure in this with Kieren Fallon booked, but Muzo made an inauspicious debut on turf at Ascot last time and High On A Hill looks in the handicapper's grip. Gunslinger's improved recent form has been on the Polytrack and Irish Jugger's four wins to date have also come on the all-weather. Storm Hawk and Jovial have yet to win on turf so preference is for RAKTIMAN. He went close over today's trip at Bath last August and, with a recent pipe-opener at Warwick under his belt, Tom Dascombe's charge can return to winning ways here.
