        Verdict

The second division of the fillies maiden can go to Halle Bop, with her biggest dangers possibly being Bailey Gate and Desert Imp. Bailey Gate, a half-sister to five winners, including Ringmoor Down; Caona cost 170,000 guineas and looked to improve from her first to second runs but more will be needed again. Desert Imp is well bred so look for local money, while the well-bred daughter of Dubai Millennium, Halle Bop, the well-bred Montecito, the 28,000 guineas purchase Salamanca, who is a daughter of Pivotal, and John Dunlop's Modraj, who should improve for her debut run but ought to need further in time, all come into the equation. However, the Godolphin runner, Halle Bop, a daughter of a sire who is doing so well with his first crop, gets the call.
