Verdict

Double Cee went close last time and looks set for another bold bid while Passion Play was only beaten a length over today's trip at Bath last month. Both can figure in an open race along with Honourable Knight, who had Ginger Fizz back in fifth when scoring on the Turf at Lingfield on his latest start. A multiple winner on the all-weather, Admirable Duque is looking to take advantage of a lower mark back on this surface and nearly did so at Chepstow last time but a chance is taken on ESHTYAAQ. Beaten less than a length over track and trip last summer, he's only 1lb higher today and Frankie Dettori's presence suggests a big run is expected.
