In depth

Verdict

Progressive pair CALL ME A STAR and Eleven Fifty Nine are old rivals. Alan King's mare has come out on top in two of their three meetings, including over hurdles at Uttoxeter last month, and can confirm her superiority here by landing this. Ma Filleule landed the odds on her UK debut at Haydock and will be expected to improve. She won three times over fences in France but is meeting older mares off level terms here. She Ranks Me won at Cartmel and Fontwell in August but arguably ran her best race at Wetherby last time when third to Une Artiste - she shouldn't be ignored.
