In depth

Verdict

The veteran Six Of Hearts will be having his 103rd start and looking for a tenth victory though he hasn't scored for over three years. BURN THE BOATS landed a premier handicap at the Curragh last June and has been competing at a very much higher level than this subsequently. He's dropped to a fair mark now and can get back on the winning trail. Abushamah scored over 7f at Roscommon so it was a surprise to see him stepped up to 1m3f at Down Royal where he faded in the closing stages. This should prove ideal and he's greatly feared but last season's Galway winner Northern Rocked hasn't been seen since November and is probably being aimed at the Festival again.
