Double Seven has been progressing at a rate of knots but will need to do so again following a 9lb rise for completing a hat-trick at Tipperary. Some Present, who has mainly contested Grade 1 level in novice company, makes his handicap debut from what could prove to be a lenient mark and he's on the short-list as is Pozyc, though he's up 8lb for a scrambling victory at Listowel. The progressive chaser Ad Idem is on a fair mark as he reverts to hurdles but Bale O'Shea is 19lb higher than when winning this a year ago. A four-year-old has been successful in this in the past so KING'S PARADE is taken to score for the younger brigade.
