Zafaraban is interesting as he's related to two winning hurdlers. He can do best of the newcomers though McCauley's Lad has shown promise between the flags and the ex-French Mystic Desir reverts to hurdling after a decent effort over fences at Auteuil in May. AKATARA ran a fine race when a close second to Lucky Spring at Fairyhouse and found 2m4f stretching her stamina at Punchestown. She should be good enough for this though Miradane looks a threat as he led for a long way at Tipperary last time and only faded from the second last.
