Verdict

Penny Serenade appeared to need every yard of the 7f and soft ground when successful at Limerick and tackles this trip for the first time. SOUTH RING was making her handicap debut when coming with a late burst to snatch second spot behind Majestic Timeline over the minimum trip at Tipperary. This extra furlong will suit and with just 1lb more to carry she can go one better. Several of these were behind, including Ucanchoose, and Willie McCreery's filly looks the one to be on. Boughtforasong also found 5f too short when a fine second to Sassaway at Down Royal and will appreciate the extra while Mount McLeod ran quite well when reverting to Turf last time though he's better on the all-weather.
