Verdict
Joe Eile was conceding Jambalaya 9lb when beaten less than two lengths over the C&D and has every chance of reversing the positions on these terms, though the winner is taken to confirm the form as she looks the more progressive of the pair. Glanusk, who wasn't far behind, has since found a mile too far and with conditions in his favour shouldn't be far away. Edenshaw is still a maiden but that should be put right soon as he has been going very well over a mile recently and looks capable of winning over this trip. EAGLE CANYON was having only his second start since October when a good third to Expire over 5f here last month. He has the scope to go on to better things and gets the vote.
