Verdict

This has been won by Flemenstar and Marito in the past two years and the latter's handler, Willie Mullins, looks to have another potential star on his hands in MOZOLTOV. A Grade 2 novice hurdle winner over Don Cossack and today's rival Ned Buntline at Punchestown in February, he reappeared with an emphatic debut success over fences at Fairyhouse where he had Mallowney well beaten in second. There's much more to come from the winner and runner-up who can dominate this. Ned Buntline has had his attention turned to chasing and he's done well, though he'll need to step up a gear as will Golanbrook who was handed a beginners' event on a plate at Clonmel a month ago.
