Bridlingtonbygones won over this course and distance on his debut but we will take him on today and side with CHESTER LAD who in turn is preferred to Hobsons Bay. It was a good effort from our selection to chase home Final Day on his debut when he was only beaten by a nose. He is related to several winners and he should be up to winning a race of this nature. The obvious alternative is Bridlingtonbygones as he won here on his debut by a narrow margin, but he will do well to score again today under a penalty.
