Kris Cross went up 8lb for scoring at Ascot in November but started favourite for a similar race to this here last month, though jumped poorly. He'll need to have a better round against several in-form rivals including Ifyousayso, though he's been hit with a 10lb rise after completing a double at Doncaster. King's Grace was fortunate to score at Sedgefield in December and is another to have shot up the weights while Saints And Sinners hasn't had much experience. DREAMY GEORGE was having just his third start over fences when runner-up at Doncaster but looks the type to make progress and is given the nod in a tight-looking handicap.
