    Verdict

Blue Shoes just failed to make all at Ripon a fortnight ago and another bold bid looks on the cards here. However, she may well set the race up for FULBRIGHT. Mark Johnston's colt finished a creditable third at Beverley on his recent debut with Valley Of Hope well behind and could prove the one to beat with improvement likely. The remainder with experience have plenty to find and the newcomer Exeedance looks a bigger threat. He's a half-brother to five winners and a speed-packed pedigree should stand him in good stead on his debut.
