In depth

Verdict

Those with previous experience under Rules appear a modest bunch but both PRESENT LODGE and Teo Vivo won between the flags earlier in the year and hail from yards that know the time of day in bumpers. Lucinda Russell's four-year-old gets the nod as he changed hands for a six-figure sum after landing an Irish point-to-point in April and has a decent NH pedigree. Cinnomhor may prove the pick of the newcomers but will almost certainly need a stiffer test of stamina in the future.
