Verdict

Merchant Of Dubai is slowly coming down the weights while El Bravo has the past form to figure. Old Dhaular Dhar retains plenty of enthusiasm and the ground has finally come right for Schmooze, who beat El Bravo on much worse terms at Hamilton last year. Right Of Appeal hinted at a revival last time but he's done most of his best work so far on artificial surfaces. We'll take a chance on VICKY VALENTINE as she was second in a higher grade at Pontefract in July and is a couple of pounds lower in the weights now.
