        Verdict

        Park's Prodigy loves it here but while that counts for plenty he does look to be in the handicapper's grip on recent evidence and it may pay to look elsewhere. Cat O'Nine Tails found the company at Haydock too hot but had previously won over course and distance and remains quietly progressive, so much so that she is hard to oppose, but ZEFOOHA deserves the vote after a solid sequence of runs. She's found the in-form Andorn too good the last twice but remains fairly treated on her form from last summer and the likely fast ground plays to her strengths. Jim Goldie won this race last year so watch out for market support in relation to Toshi who himself returns after a year-long absence, while Corky Dancer also needs a check in the betting as he'll surely be suited by stepping up in trip for his handicap debut, having previously showed promise in bumpers.
