In depth

Verdict

MANGHAM is not the most consistent but won over a furlong further at this track in July and can boast the best recent form if on a going day. Emeralds Spirit and Glenluji have both been threatening to get their heads back in front in lower grade races and Neil Farley's claim means Spavento can race off a 2lb lower mark then when winning at Ayr in the summer. Drive Home is another who finds it difficult to run the same race twice and both wins came over a shorter trip, but Military Call has claims re-united with the apprentice that rode him to victory at Ayr on his penultimate start.
