In depth

Verdict

A few of these arrive in fine fettle but MOTIVADO can boast the best recent form. Stepped up to 1m2f at Ripon for his reappearance, he beat a couple of last-time-out winners in good style and there should be more to come over today's longer distance. Lexi's Boy arrives on the back of a hat-trick on the all-weather and can improve on last season's two starts on turf, but the front-running Szabo's Destiny may set the race up for the selection and will do well to continue his winning streak. Polytrack maiden winner Quiz Mistress has scope for improvement and could prove the main threat.
