Verdict

SNOW BAY finally posted a better effort at Thirsk last time having tumbled down the weights. He finished ahead of Cara's Request on that occasion and the latter has since gone close at Chester. Paul Midgley's charge gets the vote in this lower grade affair. A winner at Kempton back in February, Strong Man returns to action off a 5lb higher mark and it was soft ground when Mowhoob scored over track and trip in June and he's been beaten off today's higher mark since. Opt Out has been running well over 6f and looks best of the rest.
