In depth

Verdict

MUTAHADEE had shown promise for Tommy Stack and looked a potentially very useful performer when storming away with a handicap over the C&D three weeks ago. He's been raised 6lb for that but there's more to come and he can complete a double. War Monger came out best of those who finished behind that day but looks held. Masteroftherolls was Listed class in France last summer and will have benefited greatly from a fine debut behind Blue Paris here and though Iguazu Falls was a shock winner last month the runner-up Krypton Factor has been going very well and the form looks strong. Secrecy is a useful performer at Listed level as he showed when landing the Ben Marshall Stakes at Newmarket in October. He made a cracking reappearance behind Musir a month ago and looks a major threat from just 1lb higher. Club Oceanic won five times for Jeremy Noseda and started favourite on his debut here but ran poorly though he should do better back on turf while Anaerobio, a Grade 1 winner in Argentina, improved on his second start here and should now be spot-on.
