In depth

Verdict

There is no question that Nine De Sivola is well handicapped on his best form but he was soon struggling on his reappearance in a race at Kelso in which Beamazed was an early casualty. A record of no wins in 21 starts over fences is also off-putting. WIDE RECEIVER was still in front when falling at Lingfield last time, having already won twice at Wetherby in the autumn. He won over 3m3f at Fontwell last season so should have no problem with this longer trip and looks the one to beat here. Springfield Raki got off the mark at Fakenham two weeks ago but this is much more competitive while out-and-out stayer Matmata De Tendron has been below par so far this term.
