In depth

Verdict

QUAYSIDE COURT is chasing a hat-trick after victories at Towcester and Southwell. He's upped 8lb but acts on today's fast going and is preferred to Solway Dornal. The latter arrives on the back of a win at Sedgefield but steps up in trip for this. Fontwell winner Killfinnan Castle has shown little since returning from nearly two years off the track while Over And Above has struggled in a couple of subsequent starts since scoring in soft ground at Catterick. Winter Alchemy wasn't disgraced at Kelso on only his second start over fences and may prove best of the rest in a poor handicap.
