Verdict

Newcomer MAC AEDA is given the vote to land the finale ahead of Mooreheigh and Basford Wayfarer. The selection comes form a yard that excels in these types of races. He is a well bred individual and the market will be the biggest clue to his chances. Mooreheigh ran really well on his debut when finishing second to Double Expresso at Southwell last month. He is bound to improve for the experience but this race on paper looks a little better so improvement will be needed. Basford Wayfarer caught the eye on his debut at Southwell but did not improve when finishing a slightly disappointing fifth at Towcester last time out. He has to be noted, however for the winner we return to the newcomer Mac Aeda.
