Verdict

Veteran Chesil Beach Boy has been rather harshly raised a couple of pounds since his second at Taunton. Ronaldinho is hard to catch right but Mad Jack Mytton is gradually getting there while Baths Well comfortably won a novice event over track and trip last month. Kudu Country is back on a winning mark and will strip fitter for his run at Ffos Las while Desert Recluse did better than expected at Cheltenham. But this can go to QASSER, who is upped in class but looked the likely winner for much of the way at Plumpton last time. This is an easier track and Harry Whittington's charge still looks well treated, despite a 4lb rise.
