In depth

Verdict

Several look to have claims in this mares' handicap, though Faith Jicaro's form has rather tailed off since the summer and she was well behind Flying Phoenix at Stratford in October. The latter has been beaten in a claimer since. PASS THE TIME was only carrying a feather weight when beating She Ranks Me by 11 lengths at Taunton last week but her earlier second to Weather Babe at the same track confirms she's on an upward curve and, as she looks to hold Western Approaches on the form book, the four-year-old is fancied to defy her penalty here. Buxom's win at Huntingdon last month will have boosted her confidence and she looks the danger.
