In depth

Verdict

Blackwitch Woman has been in good form all summer but this is the first time in 26 starts she has run below a mile. Edmondstown Lass goes from strength-to-strength but only had a short-head to spare over Headford Lady at Killarney in July and the revised weights greatly favour the runner-up, who has finished in the same spot on her two subsequent starts. All In Clover looks a few pounds high since her success at Fairyhouse in June but Teachers Choice is running well enough to get involved though he is just held by Edmondstown Lass on their run at Sligo. Both of RAMBLING DANCER's victories have come on Polytrack and he very nearly made it three last time when just touched off by Buaiteoir at Dundalk. His previous run when less than a length behind Gracchus over this trip at Leopardstown was his first of the season and he should be spot-on in an attempt to gain his first success on turf. Little Arrows ran well here on Wednesday and is another to consider in an open contest.
