Verdict

Willie Mullins, who has won two of the previous six renewals, saddles the top three in the weights and it could be the classy CALL ME BUBBLES who holds the call. He's been handed an 8lb rise after beating a very strong field at Galway but looks the type to progress into a Listed or Graded performer. Stablemate Security Breach was just 1l behind at Galway and would be expected to reverse the form on these much better terms but Ruby Walsh sticks with the winner which should tell us something. Bayan is on a hat-trick over timber but it was his close second to Curley Bill in a premier handicap on the Flat at Galway that points to his chances and he must be respected. Hurricane Jojo found Foot Soldier just too strong at Ballinrobe and the pair of them are running well enough to make their presence felt.
