Verdict

THE REAL ARTICLE looks aptly named as he has impressed everyone with his three very easy bumper victories. His hurdling debut has been eagerly awaited and he's the most interesting runner of the day. He faces a stiff task against Far Away So Close, who though still a maiden has some very decent form to his credit including when mid-division behind Menorah in the Supreme Novices' at Cheltenham. Old Charm didn't stay 2m4f at Cork last time after a good run over this trip at Ballinrobe but Riverstown looks a bigger threat. John Kiely's charge was a major disappointment when strongly fancied at Killarney in July but bounced back with a very good effort behind Dark Prospect at Galway and is improving.
