        Verdict

        In the seller, Treetops Hotel is selected ahead of Hamilton House and Dr Dream. Treetops Hotel has been running well of late at this level on the all-weather. Trying this grade for the first time on Turf, he has more than enough in his make-up in this modest race to be considered a serious player. Hamilton House is the highest rated of the field and she would not have to find a great deal of improvement on her best pieces of form in order to feature here today and first-time blinkers have been fitted. Finally, Dr Dream put in his best run to date when second at Leicester last time in a seller on soft going, and he looks best of the rest. Once again, though, the selection is Treetops Hotel.
