Verdict

Moonspring opened her account over 6f in a Wolverhampton maiden last month and Jive's stable has won the last two renewals. But there's a few handicap debutants looking to improve past that pair including GOODWOOD STORM. The latter ended last year with a decent third over a shorter trip at Kempton and both winning relatives scored over 7f. Rocksee went close on the Polytrack in September and has a comeback run under her belt while Setai may well improve on last season's modest form. Castagna Girl is another with a chance stepping up to 7f and Cadmium is not easily ruled out either on her return to action.
