In depth

Verdict

The penny finally dropped with SEVEN VEILS at Yarmouth last Tuesday when she returned a six length winner over 1m3f. She should have no trouble staying this longer trip on that evidence and has been placed on Polytrack before. Bennelong has done all his winning over shorter distances and Stentorian makes more appeal back on the Flat on the evidence of last year's best efforts. Suzi's A Class Act is not out of this while Quiet Appeal and Wayne Manor can be given a chance if suited by today's extra test of stamina.
