Verdict

The front-running Ay Tay Tate won a couple of sellers over C&D earlier this year before landing a handicap at this track three weeks ago. He looks vulnerable if attempting to make all in this better company, however, and COPPER CANYON can take advantage. He was one of those half-asleep when Shirataki stole a march on his rivals at Kempton last time, but his form prior to that is good enough to land this and he has more scope than both Edgewater and Kiss A Prince. Moresweets 'N Lace scored twice over 1m2f here early last year but has been off the track since May and is likely to need the outing.
